RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Your AlbumSaver must be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase. If you encounter any issues with your device or need to submit a return request, please contact our support team, as we are always happy to help!
In most cases, shipping costs for returns are at your expense. We also recommend shipping returns with a tracking number for proof of delivery, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 2–5 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take several days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
If you purchase more than one item at a time and return only one, you will be refunded the item of lesser value.
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can exchange your device for the same item.
Orders that are older than 30 calendar days are not eligible for a refund.
We replace the items with manufacturing defects of the hardware under normal use for a period of 90 days of purchase. We recommend contacting our technical support team to troubleshoot your device first.
If you need to exchange the device, please contact our support by emailing us or leaving a message here. We will provide you instructions in the email.
