2. If you have determined that AlbumSaver is compatible with your computer, let's make sure that the AlbumSaver show in Finder (step 1 on the screenshot):

3. Next, let's check if you can see the AlbumSaver software on the AlbumSaver drive (see step 2 on the screenshot above).
